Nominaciones a los Oscar

Hoy se han conocido las nominaciones a los Oscar. No sé si porque este año estoy siguiendo la carrera a fondo o porque realmente ha ocurrido, se han producido algunas sorpresas interesantes. Aunque podían nominarse entre cinco y diez películas, al final han sido nueve las nominadas y aparte de las tres favoritas al final han pasado the help, midnight in paris, the tree of life y extremely loud and incredibly close. Esta última realmente sorprendente viendo el poco apoyo por parte de la crítica y los gremios. Para mi gusto el apartado de actriz es el más flojo porque ha habido muchas jovenes actrices interesantes este año y se han premiado las tablas a pesar de que en algún caso como en el de Glenn Close, la película para la que actúa es aburridísima y su actuación muy floja. Supongo que se lo llevara Streep.

En hombres el duelo será básicamente entre Clooney, Dujardin y quizá se meta Brad Pitt. A algunos que no estuviera nominado Fassbender les ha parecido una gran injusticia, yo no he visto su película pero creo que el actor que por obra global este año se merece el Oscar es Ryan Gosling que está enorme en sus tres interpretaciones.


Lo más sorprendente es lo que ha ocurrido en animación, era previsible que Rio o Cars 2, se quedaran fuera pero nadie podría imaginar que a cat in paris o Chico & Rita fueran a entrar. Me alegro mucho por esta última y por Trueba que ha apostado por hacer un cine fuera de los trillados caminos habituales. Lo que sigo sin entender es lo del gatito con botas y la princesa llena de curvas.


Tampoco entiendo que a un guión tan farragoso y penoso como el de tinker taylor soldier spy se le premie, y hablando de guiones, me alegro que esté ahí el mejor guión del año, el de midnight in paris, ha sido una alegría tener nominado en película y dirección de nuevo a Woody Allen.

  1. Estoy de acuerdo con lo de Chico&Rita, una película que yo he defendido siempre y con el guión de Allen. Lo de "El topo" nunca sé si el guión estaba mal explicado o es que yo no llego al nivel. Veremos que nos deparan. Yo siempre los sigo, pero como diversión, ya que los Oscar nunca suelen ganarlos las grandes películas, sino con suerte, alguna más o menos buena. Un abrazo.

  2. De todo hay con los Oscar, algunos años incluso han acertado, jaja. Pero bueno, los premios son así. Los Oscar siempre premian más ciertas historias; superación personal, conflicto denunciable, personajes venciendo las adversidades... En mi opinión dan muy poca cancha para la ciencia ficción que es uno de mis géneros preferidos y la mayoría de los académicos no se complica demasiado la vida. Este año ha estado muy bien lo de animación que al menos ha tenido personalidad. Tranquilo, el topo no hay Dios que la entienda y eso en mi opinión es un eror.
